The mothballed limestone quarry is to the north-west of Cardiff. The site is approximately 32 acres in size and consist of two open bowls with former quarry workings to the west. The site is fully enclosed with steep rock faces on three sides of each bowl. The site benefits from appearing as if it is a working quarry.
